The start page, the 15 minutes, demystified

Fifteen minutes. Bring your aging report.

Here's how you start: book a 15-minute call and tell us what you have, roughly how much, and how long it's been sitting. If you can pull an aging report, bring it, that's usually all we need. You'll walk away with straight guidelines on what's worth shipping. No commitment attached, and no persuasion left to do, you've read the rest of the site.

The call itself

What actually happens in those 15 minutes.

CALL AGENDA · 15 MIN
  1. You tell us what's stuck. Roughly what it is, roughly how much, and how long it's been sitting in the 365+ column. An aging report makes this faster, but nothing about the call requires one, there's no manifest and no itemized list to prepare.
  2. We give you straight guidelines. What's worth shipping and what to leave on the rack, including the stock that isn't worth the freight. Honest guidance, not a pitch.
  3. You decide the next small step. If it's worth it, the natural start is a single pallet, send one, see what comes back on the statement. You're talking to a partner in the business the whole way, not a rep reading a script.

Every item that ends up shipping shows up later on a monthly itemized statement, but that's after the call. Right now, all this is, is 15 minutes and an aging report.

Let's look at what's stuck

The whole ask

Send one pallet. See what comes back.

This call is how you find out whether one pallet is worth shipping, nothing more is asked. Send a single pallet of write-offs, stock the books already took the hit on, and read the statement that comes back. The loss on that stock already happened a long time ago; anything it earns from here is upside. If the number's real, you send more.
